Quality assurance process applied to food, products and services according to the Halal Regulations and other pre-established documents.

These foods, products or services are offered from companies and entities to publics of Islamic practice, both in their country and within the European Union, and for export to countries of Islamic practices.

Halal certification must satisfy the following requirements:

Do not include or contain in its composition anything that is considered unlawful under Islamic law.

Food must be prepared, processed, transported or stored, using devices or means that are exempt from what is illegal under Islamic law.

Not have been in direct contact with other foods that do not meet the above requirements.
